The season is over and it was a god one, but not for everyone…Here are some highlights from several fly-fishermen from my neighbourhood.

Seppo with 2 salmon the larger one weighs 12 kg (he did get 17 Salmon this season)  

Take a wild guess if I have heard there barging a bout there success. 

I hadn’t had enough time to spend on fly-fishing this season. I made only one trip to Teno-River. It was 2 days long. I did manage to catch 2 grills. I hooked several salmon but didn’t succeed to net them.

If you are planning next year to visit the rivers up here,

Beware you’re path may be cross by a bear. It’s not fun to experience it.

My reason way I not spending more time by the river side is my kids different leisure pursuits.

But… the autumn is knocking on the door, soon its time for floating tub fly-fishing for trout.I’m looking forward to it. Sitting on the tub and hopefully experience the bend in the fly rod
